Velmax Studio is run by Velor Ventures LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, which is responsible for the data described here. Write to us at contact@velmaxstudio.com.

Only what you send through the Work with us form. Only your email is required; everything else is optional:

• first and last name, gender, country, languages
• skill and tool ratings, experience, links, a note on AI use, and images of your work
• email, Discord and Telegram handles, and your message

We also store the IP address the application was sent from, to stop spam and abuse.

To review your work and contact you about working with the studio. You give us this data by sending the form; the IP address is kept because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the form free of abuse.

Only the studio team that reviews applications. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or share it with anyone else. It is stored on our own server, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

Up to 24 months after you apply, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time — write to contact@velmaxstudio.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to the data protection authority where you live.

No analytics and no tracking. The only cookie is set when you choose a language (SR/EN); it remembers that choice for a year and nothing else. Fonts, images and video are served from our own server.
